Responsible Person Obligation
If your product is covered by the GPSR, a business established in the EU must be responsible for it before it is placed on the EU market. That business's name, postal address and electronic address must also appear in distance-sale offers.
A covered product must have the applicable EU-established economic operator before it is placed on the EU market.

To sell consumer products in the EU, you need a safe product, a responsible business established in the EU, labels with the required details and complete safety information in every online listing.
