Grüner Baum GmbH provides a Germany-based EU Responsible Person service for non-EU manufacturers, with documentation, risk assessment, labelling and Article 16 support.
Responsible Person Obligation
For a product covered by the GPSR, Article 16 requires an economic operator established in the EU to be responsible for the specified tasks before the product is placed on the EU market. Article 19 also requires that operator's name, postal address and electronic address in distance-sale offers.
A covered product must have the applicable EU-established economic operator before it is placed on the EU market.
